COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY AND UNITY OF DECISIONS AND STRENGTH OF UNITY
FOR AN ORGANIZATION, ITS SUCCESS AND PROGRESS IS DEPENDING ON THE PEOPLE OF THE ORGANIZATION WHO HAVE AUTHORITY TO MANAGE AND GUIDE THE ORGANIZATION, IT DEPENDS ON THE STATE OF COLLECTIVE RESPONSIBILITY AND UNITY STRENGTH OF THOSE PEOPLE. THE ACTS OF EGOTISM [EGOISM], THAT ONE'S ACTIONS ARE ALWAYS CAUSED BY THE DESIRE TO BENEFIT HIMSELF OR THEM SELVES NECESSARILY RUINS THE INNER STRENGTH OF THE ORGANIZATION. INSTEAD OF EGRESS THE WAY OUT FROM THE BOTTLENECKS AND CONSTRAINTS, EGRESS ON OWN WAY OUT OF PERSONS OR INTERESTED GROUP WEAKEN THE UNITY STRENGTH, AND COLLAPSE THE ORGANIZATION. WHEN SUCH GROUP IS NOT GENUINELY INTERESTED TO BE IN THE ORGANIZATION, WHEN THEY HAVE ACCESS OTHER ORGANIZATION, THEY TEND TO BE IGNORANT AND BEHAVE IN NONSENSICAL DIGNITY. NEVER ATTEMPT TO ELUCIDATE OWN RESPONSIBILITIES. SOME ARE USED TO, WITHOUT TAKING ANY CARE, EXPRESS ELUSIVE OPINIONS AND, AS MEANS OF TRICKS, IDEAS OVER JOURNALS, BEFORE PUBLIC AND OVER TV MEDIA.
